Missional churches

This describes the emerging church in a nutshell. And reminds me of the early Quakers ... Why don't Quakers do this more?
I am having trouble finding the right church. I want to find one that I feel great about going to. So far, I have just bounced around to different churches and haven't really felt welcome. http://trinitychapel.org
